Refund Policy

At Vardaan Vastr, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility: Refunds are available for items returned within 3 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Opening Video Requirement: To be eligible for a refund, please record an opening video when you receive your package. This video should clearly show the unboxing of the item(s) and their condition.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at vardaanvastr@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and the opening video within 3 days of delivery. We will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Non-refundable Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
